Unlocking DRM on Lenovo Laptop Batteries

Like Keurig, modern Lenovo laptops (2013+) sometimes implement DRM for hardware components, even battery changes. I can understand wanting to avoid lawsuits for exploding fake batteries, but some type of e-fuse disclaimer acceptance would be sufficient.
