Got Milk? You Don’t Need It

Surprise! You weren’t actually meant to drink cow’s milk. It’s probably a ploy and it’s definitely unnatural, it could even be causing you discomfort and harm. You could get these nutrients easily from other sources. It also seems quite an inefficient use of resources to grow and maintain these cows just their less than optimum milk. I switched to soy milk years ago, which I find tastier and healthier, and haven’t looked back.
