The Undoing of Scott Thompson at Yahoo — Common Sense

It’s been a while since Yahoo has demonstrated functional leadership or a corporate vision that wasn’t irritatingly ambiguous. The usefulness of Yahoo has long past, and Flickr is on a dire downward spiral (Google+ is where many of the decent photographers have migrated to, so migrate your photos if you haven’t already). Unless they can find momentum (or pivot towards something far more specific), they will continue to bleed out.
