Samsung Galaxy Nexus (successor to the Nexus S) is also official. Specs on par with expectations, dual-core 1.2ghz OMAP (there’s a reason they didn’t choose the Exynos), 1280×720 4.65″ display, NFC with the lot, 4G support, in a slim package. Along with the Motorola Droid Razr (with an astounding 7.1mm Kevlar-backed body) should provide some decent reasons to upgrade.
I expect that the next 8 months will involved steadily improving hardware, and rolling out ICS to existing handsets/devices. ICS will go some way to addressing many existing issues (especially hardware fragmentation).
