The key lesson is that the internet (and the corporations which dominate it) has infinite ability and memory. It’d be fair to say our online anonymity dissapeared many years ago, although having said that, always apply common sense, assume the worst and always keep a local copies just in case. Nobody is looking out for your online interests, except yourself.
